This hotel really needs refurbishment. The bed was small, sagged in the middle, pillows were uncomfortable. Non carpet floor areas were sticky underfoot. The bathroom vanity was water damaged. Very basic crockery - a couple of coffee mugs would improve this!

The room is tidy and includes an extra bed, a lounge, and blinds. the location is marvelous and convenient, near great restaurants. - the restaurant serves appetizing Chinese food.

The location superb and that is what you pay for. All the facilities you need are in the room. Despite the city centre location and being above the monorail the rooms are v quiet
The staff at reception were a bit disorganised. Our one-bedroom apartment was really a large hotel room with a wall added in the middle. The swimming pool and gym is shared with the adjoining shared apartments which can make getting the right keys a hastle

The hotel was very well located to all of the place we needed to access. Central to public transport. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped.
The smell of asian cooking from the moment you opened your room door.

Comfiest bed ever! Polite staff
Ciggarettes stolen from room, No info about holding fee before or during booking! Only one hob worked in kitchen asked for it to be fixed yet nothing was done
